Artist bio:
Mariano Cocar is a Salvadoran-American first generation immigrant Illustrator living in NC, and attending the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). He is a senior at SCAD and is graduating in 2026, majoring in Illustration. Mariano’s art is defined by a strong focus on shape, character and texture. He is often inspired greatly by his love of music, comic books and movies.
